1. Eligibility for Returns • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: • Customized or made-to-order furniture.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or customer negligence.

3. Return Process • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [your email or phone number].
• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for collection or provide the return address, depending on your location.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or delivered in error.

4. Refunds • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items • If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

6. Exchanges • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
